Dr. Rudra Deo Kumar is an accomplished academician and dental professional currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Patna. With over a decade of experience in clinical practice, teaching, and research, he has demonstrated consistent dedication to academic excellence and professional growth.

Dr. Kumar completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from SCB Dental College, Cuttack, followed by a Master of Dental Surgery from Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, New Delhi. He has held various academic and clinical positions at prestigious institutions, including AIIMS New Delhi, AIIMS Jammu, Lady Hardinge Medical College, and Safdarjung Hospital.

Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, delivering lectures, conducting seminars, and mentoring students. He has successfully trained 23 postgraduate students and multiple batches of undergraduate students, reflecting his strong commitment to education and mentorship.

Dr. Kumar has contributed significantly to research, with 24 publications in national and international indexed journals. His academic interests are complemented by specialized training in Mimics Innovation Suite from Materialise, Leuven, Belgium. His areas of expertise include teaching, clinical practice, research, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Dr. Kumar has demonstrated leadership and organizational skills by serving as Secretary at AIIMS Delhi and actively participating in the Red Cross Society. He has also played a key role in organizing national-level conferences and workshops.

Dr. Roshan R. Rughwani is a skilled periodontist and dedicated private practitioner with an MDS in Periodontology, complemented by fellowships in cosmetic and laser dentistry. He has served as a consultant periodontist at multiple clinics and as Head Dentist at Greatways Dental Clinic, delivering comprehensive and patient-centered care. His clinical expertise includes both non-surgical and surgical periodontal therapies, with a focus on minimally invasive approaches.

Dr. Roshan has an extensive academic portfolio, with multiple national and international publications and presentations, reflecting his strong foundation in research even without being affiliated to any academic institutions. His primary research interests lie in periodontal medicine and its association with systemic diseases. As a private practitioner with a deep interest in research, he is committed to bridging the gap between academics and clinical dentistry by actively applying evidence-based research insights into everyday private practice, thereby enhancing treatment outcomes and patient care.

Dr. Sambhrant Srivastava is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Rajkiya Engineering College, Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. He obtained his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Patna, with a research focus on the design, fabrication, and analysis of bio-composite materials for dental implant applications. He completed his M.E. in Design of Mechanical Equipment from BIT Mesra and B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from UPTU.

Dr. Srivastava has over 11 years of teaching and research experience and has published extensively in SCI/SCIE/Scopus-indexed journals in the fields of composite materials, biomedical implants, and computational design. He has also authored and edited several books with reputed publishers including Springer. His research integrates finite element analysis (FEA), artificial intelligence, and advanced materials for engineering applications. He is actively involved in academic administration, research supervision, and organizing technical programs.

His current research focuses on developing data-driven, sustainable, and high-performance materials for biomedical and advanced engineering applications.
