Dr. Alejandro Medina Santiago is a Researcher at the National Institute of Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics (INAOE), Mexico, under the National Council of Humanities, Sciences and Technologies (CONAHCYT). He received his Doctor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Center for Research and Advanced Studies of the National Polytechnic Institute (CINVESTAV-IPN), specializing in VLSI integrated circuits, neural networks, and fuzzy logic. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things (IoT), Cybersecurity, Signal Processing, Robotics, Intelligent Control Systems, Embedded Systems, and Circuit Design. Dr. Medina has published numerous articles in high-impact journals including IEEE Access, Sensors, Applied Sciences, Sustainability, and IET Circuits, Devices & Systems, and has supervised several doctoral and master's theses.
