Prof. Dr. Jamal Raiyn is a researcher and academic in Applied Computer Science with expertise in artificial intelligence, data science, intelligent transportation systems, and cyber-physical systems. He received his Ph.D. from Leibniz University of Hannover, Germany, in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He also completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Dr. Raiyn has held several academic leadership roles including Head of the Computer Science Department and Dean of the Faculty of Science at Al Qasemi Academic College. He has also worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Applied Sciences Aschaffenburg and currently holds a Deputy Professorship at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.

His research focuses on AI-driven intelligent systems, autonomous vehicle technologies, traffic safety analysis, cybersecurity, and data science applications. He has participated in multiple European COST research actions and international collaborations. Dr. Raiyn has published extensively in international peer-reviewed journals and conferences and has contributed to interdisciplinary research in intelligent transportation, machine learning, and cyber-physical systems.

Dr. C. Ranjeeth Kumar is an academician and researcher in Computer Science and Engineering with expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision. He earned his Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, India. He has served in various academic leadership and faculty positions, including Professor and Dean – Innovation & Entrepreneurship.

His professional activities encompass teaching, student mentorship, research supervision, innovation initiatives, and industry-oriented AI projects. Dr. Kumar has contributed extensively to research in intelligent systems and emerging AI technologies and actively supports scholarly communication through peer review and academic collaboration.

Prof. (Dr.) Saurabh Singhal is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Greater Noida Institute of Technology (Engineering Institute), Greater Noida, with over 19 years of combined academic and industry experience. He earned his Ph.D. in Cloud Computing from GLA University, Mathura, where his doctoral research focused on QoS-based multi-objective resource management in cloud environments using nature-inspired optimization algorithms. He also holds an M.Tech. in Computer Engineering and a B.Tech. in Information Technology.

Dr. Singhal’s research expertise lies in Cloud Computing, Distributed and Grid Systems, Fog Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and energy-efficient resource scheduling. His work primarily emphasizes metaheuristic optimization, intelligent load balancing, and secure, scalable architectures for next-generation computing infrastructures. He has published extensively in reputed SCI and Scopus-indexed journals. In addition to journal publications, he has authored and co-authored books and book chapters with leading international publishers such as Pearson, CRC Press, IGI Global, and Nova Science. He actively contributes to the research community as a reviewer and editor for several international journals and conferences.

Dr. Singhal has supervised multiple M.Tech. dissertations and is currently guiding doctoral research scholars. He is a professional member of IEEE and ACM and has been involved in curriculum development, academic governance, and postgraduate program coordination. His academic and research contributions reflect a sustained commitment to innovation, quality education, and advancing intelligent and energy-aware computing systems.

Dr. Tawseef Ayoub Shaikh is a Senior Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, National Institute of Technology (NIT: An Institute of National Importance), Srinagar, India. Before joining NIT Srinagar, he worked as an Assistant Professor in the CSE Department at Pandit Deen Dayal Energy University (PDEU), Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Also, he worked as an Assistant Professor (TEQIP-III, NPIU, MHRD) in the Computer Science Engineering Department at Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU), Rajouri, Jammu & Kashmir, for three years. He was awarded a Visvesvaraya Ph.D. fellowship from MeitY (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Media Lab Asia, GoI) to pursue his Ph.D. NPIU, MHRD, and JKSTIC have awarded him 6 fully funded projects, all of which have been completed. He has qualified UGC NET, GATE, and JKSLET in Computer Science Engineering/Applications. His research interests include Biomedical Data Analytics, Computer-Aided Diagnostics Tools for Precision Medicine, Healthcare Informatics, Pattern Recognition, and Machine Intelligence. He has published various journal and conference papers, book chapters etc. in reputed International Publication houses and has authored 4 books.
