Journal of Emerging Trends in Artificial Intelligence

Prof. Anton Iliev is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Computer Technology at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics, University of Plovdiv, Bulgaria. He earned his PhD from the University of Plovdiv in 2001 and previously served as Vice Rector of the University (2019–2023). His research focuses on informatics, mathematics, mathematical modelling, numerical methods, algorithms, and computational sciences. He is an active member of the Union of Bulgarian Mathematicians and the Association for Development Information Society and has authored more than 80 scientific publications in international journals, conference proceedings, and books.
