Navjyoti is a PhD scholar in Marketing Management at the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi, with her thesis currently submitted. She holds a Master’s degree in Science from The LNM Institute of Information Technology, Jaipur, and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Government R.D. Girls College, Bharatpur.
She has prior academic experience as an Academic Associate in Marketing Management at the Indian Institute of Management Indore. Her research primarily focuses on emerging areas of marketing such as influencer marketing, virtual influencers, and human-technology interactions.
Navjyoti has published in reputed ABDC-indexed journals and has presented her research at leading international conferences. She has also contributed as a reviewer for prestigious academic conferences.
