Prof. Dr. Jamal Raiyn is a researcher and academic in Applied Computer Science with expertise in artificial intelligence, data science, intelligent transportation systems, and cyber-physical systems. He received his Ph.D. from Leibniz University of Hannover, Germany, in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He also completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Dr. Raiyn has held several academic leadership roles including Head of the Computer Science Department and Dean of the Faculty of Science at Al Qasemi Academic College. He has also worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Applied Sciences Aschaffenburg and currently holds a Deputy Professorship at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
His research focuses on AI-driven intelligent systems, autonomous vehicle technologies, traffic safety analysis, cybersecurity, and data science applications. He has participated in multiple European COST research actions and international collaborations. Dr. Raiyn has published extensively in international peer-reviewed journals and conferences and has contributed to interdisciplinary research in intelligent transportation, machine learning, and cyber-physical systems.
