At Researchpubx, we are committed to making high-quality scholarly publishing accessible, transparent, and affordable. As an open-access publisher, we do not charge readers for accessing published content. Instead, publication costs are covered through an Article Processing Charge (APC), which supports editorial management, peer review administration, production, digital preservation and long-term article hosting.

Our APC model ensures that accepted research is immediately and permanently available to the global scientific community without subscription barriers.

What the APC Covers

The APC contributes to the following publishing services:

• Initial manuscript assessment
• Editorial and peer-review management
• Plagiarism screening
• Copyediting and language quality checks
• Typesetting and article formatting
• Online publication and hosting
• Digital archiving and preservation
• Indexing support and discoverability
• Post-publication article maintenance

No submission fee is charged. APCs are payable only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.

APC Structure

APC Waiver and Discount Program

Researchpubx recognizes that publication funding may not be available to all researchers. We therefore provide a waiver and discount program designed to promote equitable participation in scholarly publishing.

Partial or full APC waivers may be considered for:

• Researchers from low-income countries
• Early-career researchers
• Students and doctoral candidates
• Authors facing demonstrated financial hardship
• Special issues and invited contributions
• Institutional partnerships and collaborative agreements

Waiver requests must be submitted during manuscript submission and will be evaluated independently of editorial decisions.

Payment Policy

• APC invoices are issued only after editorial acceptance.
• Payments can be made through secure online payment methods and bank transfer.
• Publication proceeds only after APC confirmation.
• Authors will receive an official payment receipt upon successful transaction.

Refund Policy

Researchpubx maintains a transparent refund policy.

Eligible Refund Situations

• Duplicate payments
• Payment processing errors
• Manuscripts withdrawn before peer-review initiation

Non-Refundable Situations

• Manuscripts already under peer review
• Articles that have entered production
• Published articles

Once an article has been published, the APC becomes non-refundable because the work has entered the permanent scholarly record.
