I am currently pursuing my PhD study at Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, working at the intersection of polymer science, membrane engineering, nanotechnology, and environmental engineering, with a focus on developing advanced materials for sustainable water treatment and water reuse.
My research centers on nanostructured photocatalysts and polymer-based systems for hydrogen evolution, pharmaceutical pollutant degradation, heavy-metal removal, and antimicrobial applications, contributing to next-generation water purification technologies. I have published as a first author in leading journals, including the Chemical Engineering Journal, Carbon Capture Science & Technology, and Nano Select.
In addition to my research contributions, I serve as a peer reviewer for journals such as Chemical Engineering Journal, Chemické zvesti, and Journal of Materials Research. My current doctoral work focuses on the development of smart polymer-based nanocomposite membranes for the efficient removal of emerging contaminants and heavy metals from water systems.
My long-term research vision is to advance smart, sustainable membrane technologies for water purification and reuse, supporting global water security and environmental protection.
