Natural Resources

Natural resources are materials and components found in nature that are essential for the survival and development of living organisms and human societies. They include renewable resources such as sunlight, wind, water, forests, and wildlife, as well as non-renewable resources like minerals, fossil fuels, and certain groundwater reserves. These resources provide energy, raw materials, food, and ecosystem services that support economic growth, infrastructure development, and daily life. However, overexploitation, pollution, deforestation, and climate change are leading to the depletion and degradation of many natural resources. Sustainable management of natural resources involves conservation, efficient utilization, recycling, restoration of ecosystems, and the adoption of environmentally friendly technologies. Integrated resource management policies and community participation are also crucial for balancing human needs with environmental protection. Ensuring the sustainable use of natural resources is vital for maintaining ecological balance, supporting biodiversity, and securing resources for future generations.
